We want you and your little ones to love everything from Summit's Clothing. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🔁 Returns
- Return Window: You may return unused items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in new, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.
- Non-returnable items include:
- Clearance/final sale items
- Personalized or custom orders
- Gift cards
🔄 Exchanges
- If you ordered the wrong size or color, we’re happy to exchange it—stock permitting.
- Exchanges must follow the same return guidelines.
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

1. Name the subject "Return Request"
Include the following information in the E-mail
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Whether you’d like a refund or exchange
We’ll send you return instructions and the mailing address within 2 business days.
